It’s finally here……..Baseball Season

Sports have always played an immense role in our family’s life. Countless hours training, practicing, and supporting our children in their various sporting adventures. However, I must admit that this season is extra special. Covid-19 has helped many to realize that we may have taken many things for granted. I am excited to kick this season off because it brings some normalcy back our family. And by family…..I am specifically referring to the extended family of the team at Fairhope High. It’s going to be a great year. Sports photography is what kicked off my business and helps me challenge my skills with each game and the dynamics that game day brings. I enjoy sharing images with the players and their families so they can relive the moments of the season. Here’s a few of my favorites so far. Of course, there will be more to come as we progress thru this season. I also have a dedicated Instagram page if you would like to follow along: fairhopebaseball_jguerryphoto

Fairhope Families

The Bryan Family and I enjoyed a wonderful afternoon by the bay capturing smiles and giggles. Fairhope has numerous beautiful spots that are meaningful to families local to the area. We shared stories, memories, and some really great laughs during the session. Beautiful weather lent to amazing light beams peeking through the pines at Knoll Park near the Fairhope Bluff. Littles do not stay little for very long. I can’t wait for our next adventure.

A Day Down by the Bay

There is just something about the bay. We are drawn to the water and the incredible sunsets that Mobile Bay delivers time and time again. We love to get out and just enjoy all that is Fairhope. I love capturing the candid and the innocence of childhood. Here’s a sneak peak at our Saturday afternoon. The bay always helps bring perspective and clarity…..as well as a few good laughs.

Claire Miller

Living along the Alabama Gulf Coast we have so many recreational opportunities. Get out and embrace the sun in your face, the wind in your hair, and your line in the water! I want to say a huge “Thank you” to the gorgeous Claire Miller and to Grander Marine for making this shoot such a success. I have the incredible opportunity to work with some amazing and talented people! A shout out to Coastal Living Magazine for choosing my image as their magazine cover. I also owe a debt of gratitude to Chris Miller and Jim Cox for the trust that you demonstrate and the vision that we share. I can’t wait to see what will be our next adventure.

Josie’s Senior Beach Session

Senior Sessions + Beach = AAAHHHHMMAAZZZING

Sunset afternoons along the Alabama Gulf Coast are simply beautiful. Deciding to have your senior session on the beach makes for a wonderful combination. Imagine the wind blowing in your hair and sunshine on your face. The beach is one of my favorite places to be and I hope it’s yours too. Whether it’s sunrise or sunset, you can expect some spectacular lighting and some great laughs. Sandy shores, dunes, boardwalks, and crystal clear waters along Fort Morgan, Gulf Shores, and Orange Beach create an amazing backdrop for your portrait session. Don’t wait to book your session, beach sessions fill up quickly.

Evan

Seniors are truly my favorite age group!  Always looking for new adventures, discovering the world while discovering their talents, fresh perspectives and limitless opportunities………I love seeing a little glimpse through my clients eyes.  The wonderfully talented Evan rocked his session country style.  This talented young man loves his music and his guitar.  It was only fitting that we worked his passion for both into his session to make it unique and memorable.

Bay Minette Christmas Fest 2019 – Santa Photos

The North Baldwin Chamber of Commerce hosted the 37th Annual Christmas Festival on the Courthouse Square this past weekend.  I would like to say a huge “Thank You” to the Chamber staff and the youth ambassadors that dedicated their time and talents to helped make this festival a wonderful success.  Also, a big thank you to Santa for taking time from his busy season to stop in and enjoy the Christmas Festival.  Santa visited with all the children and listened to their wish lists and reminded them how important is it to remember the reason for the season.

Thank you to all those who allowed me the opportunity to photograph your adorable children and families.  I wish you all a very Merry Christmas!
